A personalized, collaborative design experience—done entirely online. We work together to create a custom plan that reflects your style, fits your budget, and functions beautifully for your everyday life. Your deliverables include design boards, 2D and 3D floorplans, and install guides—along with clear quotes for each furniture piece so you can order seamlessly through PHI. Furniture and décor are sourced from a mix of trusted retail brands and trade vendors. Optional photorealistic 3D renderings also available.
virtual / e-design
A collaborative virtual service for creating beautiful, functional kitchens and baths—without the full-service commitment. We work from your existing layout or plans provided by your architect or cabinet maker, then build a custom design around it. You'll receive curated selections for cabinetry colors, hard finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, hardware, flooring, and more—plus design boards, a shopping list, and install guides to bring it all to life.
CAD elevations are a recommended (and often essential) add-on, billed hourly. Sourcing includes trusted retail brands and trade vendors. Optional photorealistic 3D renderings also available.
kitchen or bath virtual/ e-design
Need quick design advice or help with a specific space? This 55-minute virtual session is perfect for addressing pain points, making confident decisions, or getting on Peggy’s schedule fast.
After completing a short questionnaire and style survey, we’ll meet via video to talk through your space. You’ll receive a follow-up summary with a custom shopping list and install tips. For busy Denver-area families and professionals who want a beautifully furnished, high-end home—without the stress. We handle everything from space planning and product sourcing to ordering, project coordination, and final styling. This service is perfect for whole-home or multi-room furnishing projects.
You’ll receive design boards and presentations to fully visualize your space. Once designs are finalized, you can simply sit back while we manage every detail of procurement and logistics—bringing your home to life with elevated comfort, beauty, and functionality. Optional photorealistic 3D renderings also available.
full-service design (furnishing & décor only)
Our Full-Service Design is ideal for whole-home remodels, new builds, and large-scale renovations. From initial concepts to final styling, we take care of every detail: thoughtful space planning, layout and flow, finish selections, furnishings and decor, lighting plans, and more. We’ll review blueprints, provide CAD drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings, and collaborate with your architect and builder to ensure your vision is executed with precision. Once construction is underway, we manage procurement, track orders, oversee timelines, and coordinate installations—so you don’t have to. In the end, your home is fully furnished, beautifully styled, and move-in ready.
