European Traditional // Living Room

We designed this classic and collected traditional living room for a family living in a charming, older home. The traditional style that the client gravitates toward fit the architecture of their home perfectly.

This formal, traditional living room mixes traditional and transitional, along with a few Glam / Parisian pieces. We kept some of the lovely antique pieces, as well as the main gray sofa. Here is a peek at how it turned out (there are more before and after photos at the end of the post)! The clients did such a great job executing the design.

Before & After

We love a good before and after, especially from one of our virtual projects (e-design). For all our virtual design projects, we provide the client with design boards, a shopping list, and a floor plan. They execute the plan on their timeline and as their budget allows.

A completely new floor plan, with the fireplace as the focal point, was the key to unlocking the potential of this room. The new color palette, beautiful furniture, window treatments, and layering did wonders, don’t you think?
