Chris Loves Julia x Loloi Rugs // Peggy’s Picks of the Week

Have you heard about the Chris Loves Julia collaboration with Loloi Rugs!? All three incredible collections are now available at PHI Home. Every single rug is so good, it is impossible to pick a favorite.

There are three collections of rugs that CLJ designed in collaboration with Loloi Rugs; Jules, Rosemarie, and Alice.

 

I cannot say enough about the Jules Collection. These rugs are vintage inspired, look so authentic, and have a fantastic budget-friendly price!

The Jules’ pile is very short so the vintage feel is there, but they are also soft to the touch. The short pile and polyester also mean no shedding and high durability! The Jules rugs are available in 2’3″ x 3’9″, 2’5″ x 5, 2’6″ x 7’6″, 3’6″ x 5’6″, 2’6″ x 9’6″, 2’6″ x 12″, 5′ x 7’6″, 7’6″ x 9’6″ and 8’6″ x 11’6″…and now in an XL size, 9’6″x14′!

 

The Rosemarie collection rugs are machine made with polypropylene and polyester, so they also will not shed and are very durable for families.

I am in love with the Sage/Blush colorway from the Rosemarie collection! The Rosemarie rugs do have a higher pile than the Jules. I would recommend a rug with a pile if you are looking to layer a rug over a carpet. PS – I generally don’t recommend layering area rugs over your carpet if it is shag, high pile carpet. I am also so thrilled about the XL sizes (over 11 x 15!) and 5′ and 7’9″ round options available in the Rosemarie collection! Round durable rugs are perfect for round breakfast nook / eat-in kitchen tables. The Rosemarie rugs are available in 2’7″ x 4′, 3’7″ x 5′ 7″, 2’7″ x 8′, 5′ Round, 2’7″ x 10′, 2’7″ x 12′, 5′ x 7’10”, 6’3″ x 9′, 7’9″ Round, 7’10” x 10′, 9′ x 12′, 10′ x 14′, 11’6″ x 15’6″.

 

Last but not least, the Alice collection! These rugs are inspired by classic Moroccan textiles and are so soft and also durable (made of polyester). They are perfect if you have a California Casual, Eclectic, and/or Boho / Global style.

The Alice collection can also be used in a modern farmhouse or contemporary space if you want to have a more laid back feel. The Alice rugs are available in 2’7″ x 4′, 2’7″ x 8′, 3’8″ x 5’8″, 2’7″ x 10′, 2’7″ x 12′, 5’2″ x 7’6″, 6’5″ x 9’2″, 7’9″ x 10′, 9’2″ x 13′.
