Welcome back to one of our favorite homes to date, Project Grandmillennial! We transformed this Grandmillennial bedroom with soaring vaulted ceilings into a sanctuary of classic beauty. Picture a unique blue wall color setting the backdrop, mirrored nightstands adding a touch of glamour, and a stunning white chandelier casting a warm and inviting glow. People in their 20s and late 30s are embracing a contemporary spin on traditional design, known as the “Grandmillennial” style. What are the elements of the Grandmillennial style you ask? Gabby Home summarizes it well, “Popular Grandmillennial accents and accessories include pleated lampshades, botanical prints, monogrammed linens, and classic wallpaper. Furnishings often showcase traditional design elements, like tufting, skirting, cane or wicker detailing. Antiques are also essential to this well-collected aesthetic.”
