We get a lot of questions and kind words about the contemporary kitchen and breakfast nook at Project Reserve Ridge. It is one of our favorite projects to date, and we are thrilled to be able to share all the details with you!

The precious stone backsplash (that is back-lit) is centerstage in this contemporary kitchen, and is incredible on its own. We also love the custom resin hood, dining table, and island top*. And don’t forget the leathered quartzite countertops…Did I mention the magnificent stone chandelier over the eat-in kitchen / breakfast nook table?

It took some time to nail down this client’s style combination (Contemporary + Glam + Transitional + (a little bit) Parisian), but when it was settled on, we never looked back!

In trying to achieve the contemporary kitchen of their dreams, our clients knew they wanted certain finishes, like the precious stone backsplash, but felt stuck on fixtures/décor/lighting and how to tie all their ideas and choices together. Peggy was able to work with their existing plans and help source paint colors, lighting and plumbing fixtures, hardware, remaining hard finishes, furniture, and all the lovely accessories that really brought the kitchen together.

*The resin wood hood, dining table, and island top are custom made by Higgins Fabrication.
