Decorating a Playroom, Kids’ Room, or Nursery is so fun! These are some of Peggy’s favorite spaces to design. There is infinite freedom to play with color and patterns!

This week’s Peggy’s Picks of the Week was inspired by Peggy’s daughters’ mirrored rooms from the Haddad Treehouse! We wanted to share her favorite items for balancing a calm environment, modern design, and youthfulness, whimsy, and color. We are sharing some great finds that include furniture, such as cribs and dressers, as well as décor, art, and bedding.

Furniture

A rocking chair is a nursery necessity, and this one from World Market doesn’t sacrifice beauty for comfort!

Décor

You can’t overdo wall art in a kids’ room or nursery! Adding colorful art is what truly makes a kids room stand out with it’s color and uniqueness. We love these art pieces as well as the magnetic art gallery so that you can also display your child’s own masterpieces!

Bedding + Extras

This comforter is the same one Peggy’s daughter, Hazel, has in her big girl bedroom! We love all things purple and gingham, and Peggy was so glad to find a similar comforter to what Hazel had for her crib bedding.

These Sarah Sherman Samuel swaddles are so precious!
