From the start, we knew we wanted to layer in rich textures and materials to create a kitchen that sparkled without ever feeling too precious. The star of the show? A set of Taj Mahal leathered quartzite countertops—a precious stone known for its creamy veining, subtle shimmer, and exceptional durability.
We chose Taj Mahal leathered quartzite for its soft, natural warmth and tactile finish. Unlike polished surfaces, the leathered finish brings a velvety matte texture that hides smudges and fingerprints beautifully—ideal for real-life cooking and gathering. This precious stone adds just enough movement and visual interest without competing with other design elements.
We balanced the light countertops with rich walnut cabinetry and custom wood-resin statement pieces on the hood, island, and breakfast nook. Clean-lined white cabinets keep the space feeling crisp and tailored, while brass and acrylic accents bring in a touch of glam.
Every decision was intentional—from the Taj Mahal quartzite countertops to the sculptural lighting and bespoke woodwork. Together, they tell a story of layered luxury: not flashy, just quietly refined.
Just beyond the kitchen, the breakfast nook feels like an extension of the design story—cozy, elevated, and filled with personal touches. We carried the same warm, layered palette into this space to keep things cohesive, with plush seating and custom finishes that make the everyday feel special.
